Our consultation process is very extensive we will look at your medical history including prescribed medication and or supplements, nutritional and dietary aspects, blood reports and analysis, and full examination of the hair and scalp including up to date Trichoscopy and microscopy methods. 

This will allow us to find the aetiology of the problem and give us an understanding of what is happening, why it is happening and what we can do to treat or stop progression getting worse.

Correct diagnosis is key to treatment and our diagnostic methods include Microscopy / Trichoscopy so that we can ensure that the functions of the scalp and hair are working as they should. 

There are many reasons for hair loss including genetics, hormones, vitamin and mineral deficiencies nutritional aspects, illness, or disease, and it is our job to find out the root cause.

Our bespoke treatment plans may include referral back to the NHS, or holistic approaches that are all cost -effective and suitable for your individual requirements.

Scalp disorders may also be treated in house using our dermatological keratolytic preparations.
